Epo­xy Polyester

Epo­xy poly­es­ter coa­ting pow­ders are for­mu­la­ted on the basis of a poly­es­ter-epo­xy mix­tu­re. They have good che­mi­cal and mecha­ni­cal pro­per­ties and good flow. They are avail­ab­le in a wide ran­ge of spe­cial, trans­pa­rent and RAL colors with a varie­ty of dif­fe­rent finis­hes and gloss set­tings. A varie­ty of metal­lics in dif­fe­rent gloss set­tings and dif­fe­rent pro­duct pro­per­ties are also avail­ab­le from stock.

They are desi­gned for indoor use and find a wide ran­ge of applications.

Colo­re® P.1 is a seri­es of ther­mo­set­ting pow­der coa­tings based on epo­xy and poly­es­ter resin. It is free of hea­vy metals and TGIC, has very good mecha­ni­cal pro­per­ties, good flow pro­per­ties and good resis­tance to chemicals.

Pro­dukt­se­rie P.23 Anti­bak­te­ri­el­les Poly­es­ter Colo­re® 

 

Colo­re® P.23 ist eine Poly­es­ter Serie auf der Basis von Poly­es­ter- und/oder Epo­xyd­harz die durch Zusatz von Sil­ber-Ionen über einen lang­fris­ti­gen anti­bak­te­ri­el­len Effekt ver­fü­gen. Der anti­bak­te­ri­el­le Effekt besteht durch­gän­gig (24h / 7Tage) über die gesam­te erwar­te­te Lebens­dau­er des beschich­te­ten Pro­duk­tes. Vor­aus­ge­setzt der Lack­film ist noch vor­han­den, nicht beschä­digt, in guter Ver­fas­sung, wur­de nicht che­misch ange­grif­fen, ent­fernt oder mit einem nicht anti­bak­te­ri­el­len Pro­dukt über­be­schich­tet. Colo­res® P.23-Serie ist frei von Schwer­me­tal­len und TGIC. Der Pul­ver­lack­film besitzt nach der Poly­me­ri­sa­ti­on gute mecha­ni­sche Eigen­schaf­ten sowie gute Ver­laufs­ei­gen­schaf­ten und eine wirk­sa­me Bestän­dig­keit gegen Che­mi­ka­li­en und Wit­te­rungs­ein­flüs­se.

Spe­cial addi­ti­ves gua­ran­tee anti­sta­tic pro­per­ties to the pow­der coa­ting film of this series.
